This is the construction of physical

- SLS: - Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is the process
that uses the heat of CO2 Lasers (guided across the bed by scanning
systems) to sinter or melt thermoplastic powder. The prototypes
developed meet strength requirements for functional components &
even have the rubbery feel of soft components. This quality lead to
their use even in end applications.

- SLA - This process involves heating a filament of thermo
plastic polymer & squeezing it out like a toothpaste tube to
form RP layers.
This process gives a high degree of accuracy & finish which is
superior to other methods.

- FDM - This process involves heating a filament of thermo
plastic polymer & squeezing it out like a toothpaste tube to
form RP layers.

- Injection Moulding - With over 59 years of experience in

- Vaccum Forming - This process consists of heating
thermoplastic sheet to a thermoformable plastic state & then
applying vacuum & / mechanical aids to shape it to the contour
of the mold.
The machine we employ is that of Allen Shelly with a bed size of
1800 x 1800 mm.

- Foaming - This is a process that involves the
high-pressure mixing of two or more liquid components &
injecting into a closed mold at low pressures. These products are
characterized by their integral skin, cellular core & a high
strength to weight ratio.
